I think I have wrist capsulitis - what do I do?

Hi all,I've developed synovitis in both my hips, capsulitis in my right hip, capsulitis in my left ankle and now I think I have adhesive capsulitis in my left wrist. Both my hips and left ankle have had surgery. I had a moderate injury to my left wrist just over three months ago. The scans showed various small problems including synovitis and I was put in a brace. My initial injury was never actually found. After being in hospital for the last 7 weeks for hip issues, my wrist was in the brace for too long. I don't wear the brace now at all. I now have no ROM and terrible pain and swelling.

Any help on the matter will be much appreciated.
